Well y'all my days out here are numbered well if you can't today its 6. Well let me tell y'all a little bit about what I have been up to this past while. Work is about dead the sells reps out here aren't getting the job done anymore. So as a tech I have not been getting the necessary installs that I need so I decided to come home early. But one good thing about it being super slow is that I have had more time to play. This past week all the tech myself included all went and bought tubes, we then went and tubed down the Red Deer river. It was a lot of fun the river was pretty shallow I hit my lower backside(aka butt) on a few rocks. That didn't feel so good but the float took about an hour and a half and it was a lot of fun. During the float we had wars with one another and threw each other in the river. We all bot sun burned pretty badly, I got a nice even burn over my entire body that was not that bad it went away after a day. But the other techs got pretty roasted.
Then a few days later on a Saturday, the singles branch had a beach activity out by Sylvan Lake. Justin and I went out to attend it. We had a ton of fun, first we went wake boarding. Did I mention that I have not been wake boarding in at least 5 years. Well I did pretty good I got up and was able to show off how good I was and wrecking. I showed how I can attempt a 180 in the air and then face plant it. I did knock the air out of myself pretty good. After wake boarding we did some knee boarding we had two people going at the same time. Justin and Brooke went first then I switched Brooke. Well it was fun except for the fact that the ropes were different lengths so I was behind Justin. Besides eating a lot of water and getting the full view of Justin's crack it was a fun experience. Then we returned to the beach and ate some really good burgers and bratwursts. I also ran into one of my mission buddies who is from Red Deer and had recently come back from BYUidaho. After we reapplied some sunblock we went and got on another boat. we proceeded to go tubing. Justin, Brooke and I got on three person tube that was being towed by Brooke's sister Sam. Well needless to say Sam is a crazy driver. She wipped us around pretty good and then the tube barrel rolled and I was thrown pretty far infront of the other two and then after I hit the water Brooke slammed into the back of me. It didn't feel to good but I was fine but Brooke later found out she fractured her arm and sustained a cuncusion. Then Justin and I had to go back to work so we left.
The next sunday we had the pleasure of feeding the sister missionaries. I had the opportunity to cook and prepare some navajo tacos for them which I must say were delicious.
well y'all I will probably see most of you before I post another blog.
peace.

Oh Canada
Ok lets see where to start? Well, I am still dating Jaylyn its going pretty good. Well on friday I woke up early and we went to the Edmonton temple and did a session. It is a really small temple but it was really pretty. The Celestial room had this chandalier that was really pretty. After the Temple we went to the West Edmenton mall which is either the biggest or the second biggest mall in the world. It was pretty cool it has an indoor water park and everything else you can imagine. We got lunch there then we had to get back to Red Deer because we had an hour drive to where we were working. Work is going well I have a hundred installs now so its going pretty good. Well for Canada which is July 1st we went and played fugitive with the singles branch. It was fun but i got pretty dirty and cut up from jumping through some thick foliage. Well to say the least Canada is really lame compared to the fourth of July in the states. Oh and one of the techs that works with me is taking the lessons so that is pretty cool. Well not a whole lot of things happen here. Oh yeah there was a tornado a few days ago here in town that was pretty cool to watch. well talk to you all later.

Hey Yall,
So I have not been writing a lot lately I have been having some computer problems. But I think i got it all figured out so now I can catch you all up. So Canada is alright to say the least. I really don't like it here to much. But the people are nice and the weather is almost identical to that of Utah except for the fact that it doesn't get dark here until like 11 at night. So well lets see new things going on well I have been kind of dating this girl from the singles branch named Jaylyn. She is pretty cute and stuff really cool. I have been hanging out with her and some of the other people from the branch. We just play games and watch movies mostly because Sunday is my only day off. But we have been getting off early a few days of the week. But work is gong really well I have over 60 installs now and well on my way to my goal of a 180 installs by the end of the summer. Right now we are working out at Sylvan Lake which is the resort city up here in Alberta. We go swimming and chill at the lake until we get an install to go to then we go to work its been kind of nice to finally do some thing besides work and sleep.

The Road Trip to Canadia.
Well I must mention that by this time we were a little sick of driving. Well it was a friday when we got our visas so we packed up and left as soon as we got them and we said our good byes and we left. It was sad to go because we had become good friends with all the techs and we had had a lot of fun with them playing sports everyday before we started work. Well we finally got out of there around 6 and we made it to about Pittsburgh or a little north at least. We called it a night and the next day we left and drove we saw that we were going to be going by Notre Dame so we stopped and toured the campus. It was a gorgeous campus. Also the next day the president was supposed to talk at Graduation so there were a lot of protestors. Well we went and walked through the Engineering building and the student center and the Library and we saw the Cathedral that was on campus and it was pretty. The Football stadium was huge. Well as we were walking on campus everyone was dressed in there cap and gowns it was kind of cool to see the students and the campus. Well after that we were off again. A few hours later we made it to Chicago and the traffic was horendous it took us about 2 hours to get through Chicago. The sears tour was way taller then all the other buildings well we finally got through and made it all the way to a town about 80 miles outside of Minniapolis. The next day we got up and got dressed in our Sunday attire and drove to St. Paul where we went to church with one of Justin's cousins who is selling APX security there. Then after church we were off again. Driving through fargo was cool but after that there was pretty much nothing until we got to the border of Canada and th US. It took us an hour and a half to get through the border. I guess they thought we were kind of suspicious so they searched our cars and everything. Oh yeah the police lady that searched my car was hot. Then we drove for another hour and called it a night. The next day we drove through what canadians call the corridor and I msut mention that it was worst then Nebraska and Wyoming. Well we finally made it here to Red Deer where we have been working almost non stop. And here we have a singles branch. Oh yeah we have not found that many cute girls here. And I am officially a Canadian now I am a Citizen and I am getting and accent Eh.
The Trip to Philly and New York.
Ok so when we got to Allentown we found that there was not a whole lot of work so we were asked if we wanted to go to Canada where there was a lot of work. So we said SURE. So we filled out the paperwork to get visas and stuff. Then we found out that we were going to be in Pennsylvania for a just a few more days. Well when the weekend came and sunday rolled around we went to church. Luckily for us it was a spanish branch so we both got to use our spanish that was cool. Then we went back to the apartment ate changed and headed out to go visit Philly and New York. Well we finally got to Philidelphia and went and looked at the Liberty bell and Independence Hall. It was cool to see some of the historic sites and we walked around and looked at a lot of sites. Then we jumped back into the car and we were off to New York. We got on the New Jersey turnpike and we made it to New York about 9 pm. We drove through the tunnel to get to Manhattan. Yep thats right we drove into New York. Luckily witht he GPS we made it to times square and parked about half a block from times square and we walked around and looked at everything and we went down to Central Park and then we went down to the temple. It was pretty cool to see what New York was like. Oh did I mention that it smelled like a big city. Well since I was there I decided to have a hotdog and some pizza since it was New York. Oh yeah the Hot dog was amazing I don't know what they put on it but it was good. The pizza was alright. Well I also bought a cool hat as a memento. Then we went back to the car and drove over to wall street and we got pictures with the bull and I got on top of it and got pics. Then we went to ground zero. And it really is a big big hole. Then we went and looked out at the statue of liberty. It was pretty but not as big as a I thought it was. After that we drove over the Brooklynn bridge and then we headed home. Or at least we tried to. We got stuck at the tunnels where they had it closed down to one lane and they had 6 lanes of trafic going into it. OH yeah did I mention that New York drivers are nutz and the Taxis are the worst. Well we finally got out of there and headed home we got back to our apartment around 3 am. And that was our adventure to New York.
The Road to Pennsylvania
Ok So my buddy Mckay decided he did not have a lot to do so he wanted to come with me on my long drive out to Pennsylvania to work. So I picked him up sunday at about 2 in the afternoon then we headed over to Justin's house and then the three of us in 2 cars headed out to Coalville to visit Grandma and Grandpa before we left. We visited them for a few minutes then we drove to the state line of Utah and Wyoming and got a picture. Then it was on to Cheyene and that is where we stopped for the night. The next day our goal was to make it to Indianapolis, Indiana which was about 1100 miles away. Well we made it to Omaha, Nebraska and ate lunch. Mckay rotated between my car and Justin's to talk to us and keep us company. Well we stopped and got the picture infront of the welcome to Nebraska sign. I must mention that there really is nothing to see in Nebraska or Wyoming and Iowa is not much better. Well we made to Illinois about the time that it got dark and we still had about 200 miles to get to Indianapolis. Mckay was with Justin driving in front leading the way at about 75 miles and hour. We were about 100 miles outside of Indianapolis when Justin hit a deer with the front left side of his car. They were fine but the deer was dead and skidded about 100 feet. Luckily it was one of the smaller deer from the east so it did not do a whole lot of damage to the car. So we found the nearest motel and called it a night. The next morning we went to a mechanic and he said it was fine to drive to Pennsylvania but that once we were there we needed to get some stuff fixed. Then we finally made to Indianapolis where Shenae Duncan one of my friends from high school fed us lunch and we visited. Then we drove off to Pittsburg where we met up with one of my mission buddies Eric Russin and we chatted for a few minutes and then we left Mckay with him to go to the airport and drive home. I must also mention that there are some way cool towns all through Indiana and Pennsylvania right there near the border of the 2 states. Then Justin and I left for Allentown our final destination. It was dark and raining for the last 200 miles of the drive. The headlights on Justins cars didn't work due to the deer so I drove in front and we finally made it to Allentown alive.
The end of the school year
So let me fill you in on what I have been doing for the past 2 months. Lets see well the end of the school year ended up being pretty good, I thought I was going to get some bad grades but I ended up getting a 3.8. So that was nice. I also had my mission reunion it is hard to believe that I have been home for over a year now. It was cool to see all my mission buddies and see what they were up to. Well after school ended I went to the temple to see one of my best buddies get married. Jayson Pemberton, well at his sealing it was me and my other buddy Paul who were the only non family there. Well in the middle of the sealing Jayson's dad Rich looked back at me and Paul as to hint that our time was coming. Well pictures outside the Salt Lake temple was kind of wet. Well it was pouring and we did not have an umbrella. Well I need to also mention that Jayson's new wife Natalie had some pretty hot Maids of honor. So we had someone to talk too. Then after pictures we headed down to American Fork for the luncheon. Then I went and visited family and then I went back to the reception.
The next day I went to church and went home and packed up my stuff picked up my buddy Mckay and left for Pennsylvania.

Spring Break
Well spring break was awesome. I went home on Friday and spent some time with Luke before he headed out to boot camp. It was nice just to relax and visit with him and Rachel and Eli. Well when I was not hanging with Luke I was playing with old friends. I went to the hot springs out in Saratoga. Which is basically a big mud whole but the water was nice and toasty. Saturday I did some stuff with my long time friend Cliff Hardle, I actually had to go rescue him from the mall. He managed to lock his keys in the car so I came to the rescue with my snow scraper and a wire hanger. After a few minutes we were able to get the door open.
Well after the exciting weekend tuesday morning I decided to go with my friend Paul down to St. George and Zions. Well since I had not planned to go camping all my camping stuff was up in Logan. Well I had to make do with stolen cloths from my mom and a borrowed sleeping bag from Daniel but I managed to stay warm and have fun. Well we drove down tuesday and camped in snow canyon by St. George. we got there just as it was getting dark. We made camp and ate some hobo dinners. The next day was when the fun began. We rock climbed for most of the day which was fun. Then that night we went to a cave and went down deep in the earth. There were some other people down there with us. They had glow in the dark stuff and splattered it all over the walls and ceiling with no lights we played hide and seek as we all were covered in glow in the dark stuff and we blended in with everything else. Well the next day we moved camp and went to Zions. We decided to hike Angels Landing. Which is an amazing hike. It was 2.5 miles but it was amazing. We hiked up some steep trail, had parts where you basically dangled from the edge of a 2000 foot cliff. It you slipped it was certain death. It was a tough hike but exilerating. Well its hard to describe the hike lets just say it was amazing. After that we went back to camp and the next day headed out.

No Heat
Ok so this past week has been and at the same time it hasn't been very fun at all. Ok so starting sunday the heat in my apartment in Logan went out. Well to say the least it is frickin cold in Logan so with no heat our apartment was freezing. Well we called the manager and they came and fixed it or so we thought. Well that night the heat went out again and I got a fever. So that night I had cold shivers from having a fever and not to mention that it was already freezing from no heat Well the next day I woke up with a big cold sore and a really high fever. I went to my classes as usual trying to just tough it out like a Park would. Well I kept coughing a lot and everytime I coughed I got a headache or I made my headache that much worse. Well I tried to later that day go and find an apartment to live in for next semester but as I was driving around I kept getting really light headed and felt like passing out. Well I finally went back to my apartment and checked my temperature and I had a temp of 102 degrees. Well I went to bed early and then I woke up the next morning feeling a bit better because my fever was gone. Well I went to my lab and then drove down to Salt Lake to have family pics. Well while I was down there I went to a doctor and he said I had bronchitis. Well I found out that my brother Luke and my nephew Eli both have bronchitis as well. So we got our pictures taken which was fun. I ended up sleeping at my parentes and skipping all my classes for the next day. I still feel like krap.

Weekend Roadtrip
So this weekend was quite enjoyable. I had to drive up to the dreaded town of Rexburg, yes Rexburg home of BYU idaho. I had to drive up there this weekend to get trained on how to install security systems. Yes its true I will be installing security systems this summer for work. I will be going to Scranton, Pennsylvania, yes thats right Scranton home of Michael Scott and the office. Well anyways I drove up there with my roommate Tyler Draper. It was fun we left friday after my nasty physics test. We went to Smiths and bought a ton of junk food for the road including: Mtn Dew voltage, Lays kettle cooked jalepeno chips(my favorite), jelly beans and candy bars. Well to say the least it was some good bonding time for me and Tyler as we drove the 3 hour drive from Logan to Rexburg. Well APX security paid for the whole thing for us to drive up there and stay in a hotel and for dinner and lunch etc. I learned how to wire and program, basically everything it was a little overwhelming. Well we were only there for 2 days we were finished by 4 on Saturday. Afterwards we went found my mission buddy Steve Holt and watched a movie and talked. Then drove home it was an exciting roadtrip let me tell you. NOT. Well we did have fun once we got back to Logan. Side note there is almost nothing to do in Rexburg it is quite boring sorry to all of those who go there but you know it is true. Well once we got back to Logan we went to a big party for Mardi Gras at the TSC. It was fun they had free food, dancing, an illusionist, gambling, etc. Well we went dancing for a while and showed off our killer moves and then we decided to go to the Illusionist. The Illusionist was frikin awesome it blew my mind how he did the things he did. I can't even explain the things he did. But sidenote we were sitting with some pretty cute girls and I ended up sharing my chair with one of them. That was enjoyable. After that we went up to the top floor and gambled at the fake casino that they had. To say the least its a good thing I don't gamble for real because I would go broke. I lost all my chips pretty fast on black jack. I swear the thing was rigged the Dealer got like 20 or 21 everytime. Well after that we just went home and went to bed both me and Tyler were exhausted from driving. Well our apartment is freezing the heater is broken. Anyways thats the weekend story of my life. chao.

What I have been up to.
Ok yall, lets see where to begin? Ok well as many or all of you know I just passed my year mark for being home off the mission. And in that year I have done lots of stuff. Lets see this past summer I went to Tallahassee, Florida to sell security for 2 months. I did well made a pretty penny and had a lot of fun while I was out there. Had some interesting things happen to me while I was there including: swimming in the ocean and seeing a shark fin, getting a shotgun pulled on my at the doorstep, having one of my friends get robbed at gun point, pulling my manager away from a fight with a rival security company sellsman, and playing with a crockadile. After coming home I just played and got ready for the family rafting trip to Jacksonhole. Then I started school up here at Utah State in Logan, Utah. I'm majoring in mechanical engineering with an emphasis in aerospace engineering. I do a lot of homework all the time and it is essentially all physics and math. I don't have a girlfriend and the prospect of marriage looks like it will be far into the future. I have been playing a lot up here. I've been going and watching my aggies kill everyone and anyone who comes to the spectrum, playing basketball, soccer, going country dancing, slack lining and going a quite a few dates. Thats is basically what I have been up to lately. So now that you are all caught up on what is going on in my life the next few blogs should containg more stories in greater detail to make things more interesting.

Why I started a blog
Well my dad told me that he wanted everyone in my family to start a blog so we can all stay in touch. Why did he say that? Well my 5th oldest brother or the one just older than me Luke joined the army. Also my dad has been talking to my other brothers, mainly Owen, and he found out that no one in my family really knows whats going on with the rest of the family. But Owen's and Luke's families both have blogs, and my dad really liked the fact that he could get on their blogs and find out what everyone is up to. He was so excited about these blogs that when I was down the last time he dragged me over to the computer and got on the computer to show me these blogs and the pictures that have been posted on each of them. Well to say the least I was impressed that my dad knew how to get on the internet and find the blogs, so just because of that is the reason for my decision to start this blog. So I hope all my faithful fans and readers enjoy my ramblings and thoughts on life.
